MOSandBiCMOS Circuit Design Processes: MOS Layers, Stick Diagrams, Design Rules and Layout. Basic Circuit Concepts: Sheet Resistance, Area Capacitances of Layers, Standard Unit of Capacitance, Some Area Capacitance Calculations, Delay Unit, Inverter Delays, Driving Large Capacitive Loads
