Course Learning Objectives:
To acquaint with key drivers of supply chain performance and their inter-relationships with strategy. To impart analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to develop solutions for a variety of supply
chain management & design problems.
To study the complexity of inter-firm and intra-firm coordination in implementing programs such as
e-collaboration, quick response, jointly managed inventories and strategic alliances.

Question paper pattern:
The question paper will have ten full questions carrying equal marks. Each full question will be for 20 marks.
There will be two full questions (with a maximum of four sub- questions) from each module.
